Unser Bremsgeber F//4000 ist das Ergebnis präziser, gründlicher Entwicklungsarbeit und umfangreichem Knowhow. Er kann modular eingesetzt werden, eignet sich für Single- und Dual-Bremssysteme und kann mit einem zusätzlichen Hebel für mechanische Feststellbremsen und einem Bremssignalschalter ausgestattet werden. Durch ein speziell entwickeltes System (SBP) kann unser Bremssystem schnell und unkompliziert entlüftet werden und dank des großzügigen Ölreservoirs bietet der Bremsgeber einen konstanten Druckpunkt, bis zur Verschleißgrenze der Bremsbeläge. Die geschmiedeten Bauteile aus Aluminium und faserverstärktem Spritzguss sind absolut zuverlässig, sicher, robust und belastbar.

SBP
Our patented and intelligent filling and bleeding system, "Smart Bleed Port," or SBP for short, simplifies servicing. After opening the screw plug half a turn, the brake system can be easily bled without the need for a syringe.

Two-piece clamp
To simplify installation and service, the master cylinder comes with a two-part clamp.

Optional parking brake
The two-part clamp is used to connect the lever we developed for controlling a mechanical parking brake. The lever is designed to be within the driver's reach, preventing the vehicle from moving without releasing the parking brake.

Brake signal switch
An adjustable brake signal switch can also be optionally screwed onto our master cylinder.

Modular lever bearing
Our brake lever allows single and dual operation by simply changing the bearing position.

Ergonomic lever with ball end
The ergonomic 4-finger lever covers a wide range of grip widths and enables high braking power with minimal hand force. Finished with a ball end, it offers maximum safety. The fiber-reinforced composite material provides consistent comfort in all weather conditions. A predetermined breaking point has been integrated into the design for optimal emergency running properties.

Shortenable hose
The hose of our brake system can be shortened as required using a screwed connection on the master cylinder and the caliper, allowing it to be optimally adapted to any vehicle.

Unsere Bremsgeber und Nehmer sind so konzipiert, dass sie sowohl für den linken als auch für den rechten Anbau geeignet sind und genügend Kraft aufbringen, um auch schwere Lastenräder und LEVs sicher zu bremsen. Der Nehmerkolben ist großzügig ausgelegt und sorgt für eine perfekte Übertragung der Bremskraft auf die Scheibe. Durch einen integrierten Offset der Bremszange wird die Adaptervielfalt reduziert. Die Toploadfunktion und das Postmountsystem verbessern die Servicefreundlichkeit.
